Plato™ is a unique programme that brings together SMEs and large corporate organisations in an environment that allows sharing of knowledge, best practice and collaboration.

The primary aim of the programme is develop leadership skills, address strategy challenges and overcome business problems by using the collaborative knowledge and experience of the 12 to 15 business people in a group, facilitated by volunteers from local based large organisations .

This is about growing businesses rather than ‘doing’ business, although there is also the opportunity to network within the programme. Most groups run for between 6 months and 2 years, depending on the focus of the programme, meeting each month for around 3 hours.
