Who are the PLATO™ Group Facilitators?

PLATO™ Group Facilitators are senior executives from PLATO™ larger companies whose objective is to help and support small and medium sized companies, by offering their wide range of management experience and expertise.

PLATO GB

How much does PLATO™ cost?

PLATO™ is a two-year programme with a registration fee of £2,000 + VAT. The fees cover all group meetings and programme material.

PLATO GB

How much of my time will PLATO™ take up?

PLATO™ is designed not to intrude on the management of your company. The three-hour group meeting, once a month, is mandatory. You may wish to devote extra time to individual discussions arranged by your Group Facilitators, but that is at your discretion.

PLATO GB

How does PLATO™ ensure confidentiality?

All PLATO™ larger company Group Facilitators sign formal agreements protecting your confidentiality; this ensures that all discussions protect your company’s interests.

PLATO GB

Who from my company should take part in PLATO™?

PLATO™ caters for the development of the principal decision-makers within small & medium-sized businesses. This is usually the owner, company director or general manager. If there are two directors who jointly manage a business, we encourage both to participate in the PLATO™ programme.

PLATO GB

What happens if one of my competitors is also in PLATO™?

To allow openness in group discussions, no competing companies will be placed within the same group. Likewise, if you have an existing business relationship with one of the parent companies, you will not be placed in a group with executives from that company.

PLATO GB

When are the group meetings held?

Each group, with its Group Facilitators, will agree a time and day each month that best suits all members of the group. Most previous participants have favoured 5.00–8.00pm, but the decision is made by each group.
