How do I join the PLATO™ programme?

Are you an owner-manager or senior-level decision maker of a small or medium sized business interested in joining the PLATO™ Programme?

 

Are you interested in becoming a Group Facilitator?

Who can join?

The PLATO™ peer group learning programme is open to owner-managers, chief executives or senior-level director decision makers from businesses, typically with 10 or more employees, trading for at least 3 years and with a turnover in excess of £1.5m. The key criteria for PLATO™ membership is the aspiration and potential to grow your business.

How much does it cost?

The PLATO™ business development programme is just like a two year practical MBA without the paperwork and is available at the amazingly low cost of only £2,000 + VAT for the two year programme. From time to time the government operates schemes that sponsor some of the costs, please give us a call to find out what may be available.

How to become a Group Facilitator

Who can join?

Are you an experienced senior executive from a large company employing more than 250 employees? If so you can apply to act as a group facilitator. Your role as Group Facilitator is to guide the fortunes of groups of 12-15 owner-managers/chief executives drawn from local growth small and medium businesses over a two year period.

You are asked to give a few hours of your time each month to share your management experience and expertise. In return you will receive:

PLATO GBan insight into what makes entrepreneurs 'tick'; this can help improve your understanding of your supply chain

How much does it cost?

The programme is cost free to large companies in return for their time and occasional use of their facilities. The PLATO™ team will provide co-ordination and administrative support.
